第1天：机场（火车站）抵达拉萨
Day 1 Arrive in Lhasa by plane or by train
You are warmly
welcome to Tibet by saying Tashi Delek at the Train station/airport by our
professional employee and send you to reserved hotel in Lhasa. Then have a good
rest to acclimatize the high altitude in the afternoon.

第2天：拉萨,布达拉宫、大昭寺、八角街
Day 2 Lhasa Sightseeing: Potala Palace/ Jokhang
Temple/Barkhor Street (B,D)
Morning section to
visit the famous Potala palace and explore the grandest of this myriad chapels.
Afternoon we will visit the holist temple in Tibet, the Johkang Temple, and at
Barkor Kora,which is the most famous Kora in Tibet,we can buy Tibentan
traditional or religious things.

第3天：拉萨,哲蚌寺、色拉寺
Day 3 Lhasa Sightseeing: Drepung Monastery/ Sera
Monastery (B)
Today, we will
visit two important monasteries in Lhasa, the Drepung and the Sera.If we are
very lucky,we may even come acrossSera Monastery’s Monks debiting which was
held in the courtyard at around 3;00-5:30 in the afternoon.

第4天：拉萨-江孜-日喀则,羊湖、卡若拉冰川、江孜白居寺
Day 04 Lhasa/Yamdrotso lake/Gyangtse/ Shigatse (B)
Passing by the
green farmland of Nyangchu Valley, Yamdro-tso lakes, karo-la glacier roadside
at 4960m, We move westwards to the second biggest city Shigatse, where
spiritually hosted by Pamchan Lama. And in Gyantse, Kubum monastery.is also a
famous we can not miss.

第5天：日喀则- 拉萨
Day 05: Shigatse/Lhasa ( B)
Before spending
about 4 hours to drive back to Lhasa from Shigatse, we will visit the largest
Monastery in west Tibet, the Tashilunpo monastery, Tashilunpo monastery is one
of the six great Gelukpa institutions and was founded in 1447 by a disciple of
Tsongkapa, containing the world's largest gilded copper image (26m high) of
future god Jampa. Then drive along the Friend-ship Highway back to Lhasa.

第6天：拉萨-纳木错,纳木错夕阳、念青唐古拉雪山
Day 06 Lhasa/Namtso Lake (220km, 4 hours) (B)
Our guide and
driver pick you up from your hotel around 08:00am, and then we drive to Namtso
Lake. On route, you can view Nyenchen Thanglha. In summer (May to
August), you may see sheepherders and their tents, groups of sheep and yaks.
Namtso Lake is known as Heavenly Lake. You can do a very relax trekking around
the lake side and Tashi Island. Namtso Lake is actually the lake in the sky, it
is about 5000m high lies on the highest plateau in the world. To spend a night
at lake shore is fantastic, the night sky is so clear that you could see all
the stars twinkling on the sky, so close to you as if you could stretch your
hands to pick the stars.

第7天：纳木错-拉萨,纳木错日出、念青唐古拉雪山
Day 07 Namtso/Lhasa (220km, 4hours)
Get up early to
view the beautiful sunrise at Namtso Lake. You can trek along the lake shore to
Tashi Dor Island to explore the meditation caves. Drive to Dumxung to have
lunch. Then, head back to Lhasa. On the way return to Lhasa from Namtso, we
will pass a famous hotspring — the Yampanchen. If some tourists are interested
in it, we can stop over for a while and have a bath.
